The first What’s On Your Mind? meeting with Asking You! and Connect in the North is all about checking your health. We will have two sessions on the same day.
Session one is with the Get Checked Out team. They want you to tell them about what is good and bad about going to see the doctor.
They would also like to tell you what the doctor can do to make going to see them better.

The second session is from Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. It is all about living well with Diabetes.

When are the sessions?
Both sessions are on Tuesday 10th January 2023.
The first one is from 10:30am to 12 Noon. The second one is from 1pm to 3pm. Both are face-to-face and will be at this address:
