The Out and About Group meets every week to go out and access the community. We go to different places in Leeds.
What is the Out and About Group?
This is a group for adults with Learning Disabilities. It goes out to access the community.
The group can help you to plan a day out, have fun and meet new people in different places.
When does the Group meet?
This is on Tuesdays.
It costs money to join.
Payment can be self-funded or through Adult Social Care.
