We have online referral forms for our Day Opportunities service and weekly Friendship Group.
Day Opportunities is where we run regular groups for adults with learning disabilities. You have to pay to join these.
The standard hourly rate for our groups is £13. For self-funders, the hourly rate is £13 plus VAT.
This rate will be reviewed annually and increased each April in line with Leeds City Council rates.
Our Friendship Group is free to join. It is for adults with learning disabilities and meets on Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm.
To make a referral to either, please complete the forms below.
