Later this month, as part of Leeds Learning Disability Week, we will be at the Council Chamber Takeover for the Leeds Learning Disability People’s Parliament. This happens every year, meeting in the Council Chamber at Leeds Civic Hall.

At the takeover, we will be talking about:

  • Being connected – employment
  • Being safe
  • Being well
  • Being connected – social
  • Being connected – transport

There will also be an introduction to Leeds Learning Disability Week.

At the end, there will be a bit of time to talk about what happens after the Takeover.

When is the meeting?

The meeting is on Tuesday 20th June. It is from 10am to 12 Noon at the Leeds Civic Hall. The Civic Hall is at this address:

There are accessible toilets at the Civic Hall. Accessible entrances are there too.
