The next Leeds Learning Disability People’s Parliament meeting will be about Employment. At the meeting, we will also be voting for candidates to be Elected Representatives to go to the Leeds Learning Disability Partnership Board.

In the meeting, there will be:

  • An activity about reasonable adjustments – ways to make work more accessible for people with a learning disability
  • A talk, introducing the Leep1 Inclusion For Employment (LIFE) project
  • Introductions from Elected Representative candidates
  • The election of Elected Representatives

When is the meeting?

The meeting is on Tuesday 24th September. It starts at 10am and finishes at 12:30pm for lunch.

This is for adults with a learning disability who live in Leeds. It is free to attend and hot drinks and lunch will be provided.
